Bluetooth discovery timeout setting

I have two different bluetooth associations that require that I have bluetooth discover enabled at all times. The only place I have seen this setting is in the Cyonogen rom. However I personally prefer sense roms. At first I thought this had to do with the rom being gingerbread 2.3.7, but then noticed in the changelog for CM 7 that this was implemented back in their GB 2.3.4 release.

Anyway, does anyone know of a Sense rom that has this option enabled, or a way to modify a .cfg file or something to get this result.

I was never able to find a way to make it work. I ended up replacing the device.
