PRL for EVO on Cricket

I have a flashed Evo on Android Version 2.3.3, and all of a sudden the internet stopped working on me. I am still on the old $35 plan, so I think I may be limited to what I can do. I wanted to change to another PRL, cause I have a feeling that may be one of the problems. I'm not sure what PRL would be fastest for San Antonio, TX; or if that would even solve the problem. I'm on PRL 38899 now, but my speeds were changing from 1x to 3G constantly, and most of the times were pretty slow.

I was on the internet this morning, then nothing. I can't even connect to wifi.

If anyone has a better PRL for San Antonio, or knows what's going on, please respond.
