Bluetooth jf3 Skipping issue

Hey guys,

Whenever I use my bluetooth JayBird Freedom jf3's

They skip audio while I'm in the weight room. At first I thought it was the headset, so I replaced it with a new headset. Didn't work and still skips.

I tried running different Sense roms and MIUI and am about to try Cyanogen.

I'm open to all ideas. I just wanna get a good workout without music skipping.

Re: Bluetooth jf3 Skipping issue

Maybe it's your sd card, are you on the stock card? Have you ever took the card out, made a copy of it, reformatted it and put it back in the phone? Might need to try that and see if it helps. Also do you have that skipping if you are playing music from the phone without headphones?

Re: Bluetooth jf3 Skipping issue

Thanks for the response.
The music does not skip when I use regular wired headphones, so I don't think its the microSD card.

Also, I use Pandora as well, and it doesn't skip. From the research, it seems like HTC's Evo Bluetooth stack is bad/lacking.

Does anyone know if other HTC phones (specifically the HTC Evo 3d) has the same lacking bluetooth issues?

Re: Bluetooth jf3 Skipping issue

Sorry about that, I don't know why but when answering I totally forgot that the question was about a bluetooth headset. Sorry I don't use a bluetooth headset so have no idea, good luck.
