Camera Issue

Well I just got my 3rd replacement Evo today. My first Evo lasted me about 10 months before it finally gave out and started randomly rebooting. I got my 2nd Evo and started taking pictures with it in low light and they were all dark and barely visable. So I called sprint and reported the issue and so they sent me out a new Evo. I took more pictures in the same low light and the pictures are still dark and barely visable. Now I remember with my 1st Evo I would take pictures in a pitch black room and the pictures would turn out bright. Sometimes a little too bright but I prefer too bright versus too dark. I checked and its not a setting issue. So im wondering if Sprint or Htc may have done some hardware changes to the camera so that the flash wouldnt be so bright. Anyway any help would be appreciated.
