Screen looks cracked with phone on.
The glass part on my Evo screen is in nearly flawless shape. When you turn the phone on however, instead of showing what it should it just looks like cracks. Anyone want to guess what part needs to be replaced and on a scale of 1-10 how hard it is to do yourself? I have plenty of tools and am fairly good with them and small electronics / soldering, etc.
Snapped a couple pics, first one is of screen with phone turned off, second is screen on.
