37042 is my area code but according to customer service and the techs they are not showing anything wrong which I guess they are right, the networks working it's just that it's overloaded with people and it just sucks, even the people at the repair center are in the same boat.

I have called in since February and that's why I got a nice credit to my account, have to show reoccurring issues, which that email to dan@sprint.com got people working and getting me answers, got the credit to my account already just waiting to hear back about a timeline on when they are going to upgrade our towers, he is getting me an answer and will call back within 5-7 days.
