MMS Handcent

For the past couple weeks I have been having issues with Handcent and sending and receiving MMS. I have checked my UL and DL speeds and they are fine. I did the##****# trick, I have wiped data from Hancent but I still cant get pictures to send. As soon as I send, I can see the 3G signal go dark meaning no info is transmitting. As soon as I click into something like Facebook the 3G lights up and info is tranmitted. I have to go to the stock message program in order to send a MMS and also see the 3G light up.

I am running Mik 2.0 and this has been an issue with other ROMS as well. With each ROM I do a compete wipe each time and have used Titanium BU to restore the app and data. I did install Handcent without data and Im still getting the problem with MMS. Has anyone else had this issue?

What I finally ended up doing was wiping Handcent out completely. I had some extentions for skins and emoicons so I uninstalled them, rebooted. Went back to the market and did a fresh install of just Handcent and one skins and things are working fine for now, hoping it keeps up.
