I noticed it. Was told there isn't anything I can do. Something about it does that so it can load quicker. I hate it.

The picture is 8Mp. It's big enough to fill your computer screen... Your phone's screen is 4.3 inches... So the image has to be displayed not in it's full resolution so that it fits within the dimentions of your phone.
If it displayed it as a raw file... you would only be able to view a portion of the image. It's just how it displays it. p. |

U would think shrinking the image would only make it clearer. I don't think the size of it is the issue I think its just for the purpose of loading it quicker.

Yeah... Essentially what we see is a stripped down version of the actual image. So that it loads quicker.
Thik about it... there are 8 million pixels on that image... Our phones does not have eenough pixels available to accurately display that? Therefore the image has to be changed for speed. p. |
