How to tell if an evo has been disassembled?

Is someone disassembled an evo, what signs should I look for? Missing stickers, etc?

Re: How to tell if an evo has been disassembled?

There are 6 small torx screws on the back, under the battery cover. One of those screws (usually on the left side of the battery) will have a small black sticker covering it, so that you can't see the star pattern in the top of the screw. When that sticker is tampered with, it breaks into tiny little pieces. Even if the phone is taken into a Sprint repair center and disassembled the sticker is replaced. I have had it replaced on my EVO 3 different times after having the speaker replaced in-store.

Wirelessly posted (Htc Arrive: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.4; en-us; Nexus S 4G Build/GRJ22) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

Sprint techs don't always replace that sticker on evos. Sometimes they just don't do it, or just don't have any at that time.

Yes that is true. Mine wasn't replaced after a speaker change.
