recover just system and data

long story short, my phone took a crap on me the other day. took it in to the store and they ordered a replacement... i get the replacement, and root it.
i have ra-recovery installed, and that's what i had in the past... how can i recover JUST the system.img and data.img w/o recovering the boot.img and wimax.img?

you can just load system or data img from hboot
