I would just call. They might be out of stock but they told me 5 to 7 days but got my replacement in 2... they can walk you through activating your other phone too.

Well, I filed online through asurian and paid the "c note" deductible. Unfortunately they say my Evo 4G is on backorder so who knows how long I will have to suffer alond with the old Sanyo scp3200 flip. It's been years since I haven't had a smart phone and I'm suffering withdrawals already. Hurry up and ship me my Evo 4G please!!!!!!

I'm jumping in after it..... I love my EVO and I dont want a clone(Hardware 003,004).... Sorry if you got one.... I was in line for 4 hours for my phone. She took one fall and I order the OtterBox..... I need to order one for my Xoom

Well, they sent me a refurb. Got it today. Display seems darker than my original and battery seems weak. Should I complain?
