SD Card MTC

I just found a smokin deal (a couple weeks ago, just got it) on a 32GB Class 10 microSD card. I'm looking at copying the contents of my 8GB class 2, and thought - "why copy anything? shouldn't I start from scratch with the new card and only put what I need on it?"

Although I rooted my phone, and have used several roms, I am hardly an expert at anything except following instructions (you can thank the Army for that).

Now for the part when I need instructed:
Is there anything I need to put on the SD card of a rooted phone? PC36img? some sort of backup files? Nandroid folder? clockwork folder? all the .folders?

If I do a backup - should I be backing up everything with Nandroid (boot, system, data, cache, recovery, wimax, sd-ext, .android_secure) -- I think there are a couple GB of ND backups in my ND folder right now as I backup everything and each one is around 350MB?

Technically the only thing you need is your latest android backup. I as well keep a back up of apks in addition to the pc36img just in case. I'm pretty sure you want your photos and music too.

The items listed above are great ideas, however there is nothing that you actually NEED to put on the card. It is a good idea to put the NANDROID, APK, or other types of backups that you have, or would like to be able to restore when needed. You might even just drop the 8GB card in the corner of your wallet, and keep it there.
