Visual Voicemail CRASH

Im running the latest SPRINT LOVERS ROM and it appears that since a about 3 days ago, the visual voicemail will FC at random. When this happens, the only way to fix is to CLEAR DATA and then reboot.. I am on VERSION T.5.1.0.48 .. Is there any known issue? how do I keep this from happening.. It happened SUNDAY and I did the clear data and reboot and then it was working UNTIL TODAY. any help would be appreciated....
