I just got hit with this BS. I have used TEP this year to get the screen replaced in store without charge. What the hell is the $7 for if they won't actually work on the phone. I am on the phone with escalations now, did the policy change?

Yes it did. Evo screens are a $100+ part and certain people were abusing it. I know for a fact that my store replaced the same customer's screen 4 times in a 2 month period simply because she couldn't hold onto her phone and refused to buy any sort of protective case. Last time I saw her, she had one of the huge Seido rubber cases on it because her father forced to to use it.

It's just one of those "few ruining it for the masses" type situations.

I just looked at my bill and noticed the tep insurance wasn't on it anymore for some reason. I had it when I started this new service with 3 smart phones in december. I called and asked why it was taken off and they didn't have a reason, but also said it wasn't possible to add it back on because I have had the phones for 5 months.
I hope all hangs in there for the next year!

That happens when flip flop are dine. Flip flop=esn changes etc or changes to plans i.e.seasonal hold etc..
