Re: Comparision of battery screen
I never have issues as I have the sprint 2600 mAH battery, makes the phone a little thicker but I have an easier time holding the phone to tell the truth.

Re: Comparision of battery screen
On my stock ROM EVO, it shows
Cell standby 36% Phone Idle 36% Wifi 18% Android System 6% Voice Calls 2% Display 2% 1d 22h 30m since unplugged 62% battery remaining Sprint 2600mAH battery Note:this is with VERY VERY minimal use (as is evident in the details above) - the battery life on the EVO sucks.. sorry, no way to sugar coat this. My battery drained 38% doing practically nothing (I even disabled my Email syncing - didn't sync in the past 2 days - weather is the only thing syncing - every 6 hours) Played some AB for maybe 30 minutes - tops. That's probably what is contributing to the "Android System 6%". A couple of short calls... At least the Sprint extended battery gets me thru' a regular day with moderate usage. With Email syncing every hour (besides push mail) and an hour or so of voice calls, an hour or so of web browsing, 10 or so txt messages, some music, some AB - I'm at about 40-50% at the end of the day (after removing from charger in the morning). This battery life would usually be considered good - but on the STOCK battery - not on the extended battery... Even my Winmo TP2 lasted longer with similar usage... lol! (slow like hell, but battery life was reasonable with the stock battery) |
