Dexopt failed?

Ive been having issues with programs installing on my EVO. the error I am currently receiving which is preventing me from installing apps is "Mismatched UID" and "DexoptZ failed" and then "package couldnt be installed" . This is what I see in CATLOG .. can anyone tell me how I might resolve this? I really dont want to hard reset the phone and reinstall everything if I dont have to. I see lots of other people with this issue on various forums ..

Are you rooted?
Custom ROM?

YES and Sprint lovers Rom....

well I did a hard reset of the phone and then a fresh install of the latest SPRINT LOVERS ROM. Then used titanium backup to restore apps and then market to update them. SOme install fine now and I can download apps BUT some still have issues as in CATLOG I see "DEXOPT FAILED" .. what is causing this??
