I need this dialer app. Does it exist?

I need a dialer that can "blacklist" all numbers except for local calling numbers. Stupid telemarketers are calling waking me up in my sleep. I cannot turn my phone off due to the nature of my business.

I'd also like the dialer to show the incoming callers number quite a bit larger.

If possible, for it to show the state the caller is from too.

Also a cool feature would be for it to forward these black listed numbers to a number I set, such as the 800 rejection hotlines.

I have the sprint everything plan so I have unlimited outgoing/incoming and data, so none of that is an issue.

I am not aware of a dialer that will do all of that. There are apps for the individual parts that you mention (except to forward the calls) but they are separate and most of the good ones are not free.

Youmail is an app I use to ditch telemarketers. You can find it in the marketplace.
