HTC Sync New Version 3.0.5511

Just Noticed there is a new version of HTC Sync 3.0.5511 on the HTC site.
The one I have is 3.0.5481
Has anyone tried this new version?
What are the "changes"?

Last time I upgraded, all my contacts duplicated... what a 3 week PITA to fix all that!
