HTC Weather/Clock Widget not displaying current Location

HTC Sprint Evo here, recently the weather/clock widget not longer displays current location. Right now all it displays is "Eastern Time." When I click the clock to open the weather app it displays only the cities I added. I tried going into the settings and add "Current Location" but its no longer an option. Went through all my other settings GPS update, GPS is on, sprint Nav to make sure GSp was working and it is. Reset phone dozens of times as well as hitting update weather button. Nothing seems to work. I read some other posts with issues weather updating. I want my current location back! Also the weather app does update the three cities I added, but Im not always in or near these cities.

Any help on correctly this issue?
Thanks

Under location in system settings, check "use mobile location"

Cooler than your EVO

Re: HTC Weather/Clock Widget not displaying current Location

It's been happening a lot. Has nothing to do with your phone. It is a Sprint network issue. It happened to me for about 10 minutes and was happening to other non-Evo Sprinters.

Re: HTC Weather/Clock Widget not displaying current Location

You could try using weather and toggle widget. It's in the market, think its about $2 but is the same thing as the sense clock but you are able to do more with it as far as customizations. All sorts of skins to choose from, add-ons and customize what happens when you press it..for example, I have it set to where if I touch the clock it opens the weatherbug application. Haven't had any issues with it losing my location.
