What makes the Evo 4G better?

I've been doing some research on phones to see what my next one will be. A lot of people say this Evo 4G is better than the iPhone but why?? What makes it better?

better forum for this is here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/phone-comparison/ but this is a loaded question that the user (you) will need to decide. all depends on what you want out of your phone like the os and what your needs are.

that's a question you need to ask yourself, just depends on what you are wanting to do with the phone / personal preference, my advice to you is to go to the different cellphone stores and check the phones out and see which one you like.

I always tell customers that it's complete personal preference. Of course, I'd like you to get Sprint and buy an Evo for me, but if that would not be the best fit for you, then I wouldn't recommend it.

Keep in mind that if you did get the Evo, your monthly bill could be cheaper than say AT&T or Verizon. It just depends on what type of plan you can get with them.

here are just a few reasons why i took the evo over the iphone.
1- 4g
2- bigger screen
3- kickstand
4- android
5- better cell reception
6- HDMI output
7- replaceable battery and memory card
8- L.E.D notifacation

all of these items i listed are unfixable with the iphone. your either born with them or not. with the exception of number 3. i guess you could make a kickstand out of a popcycle stick.

one of the biggest thing for me was the support in development for the EVO and the fact that android is open source and you can customize however you please where with the iPhone you cant. theres also the fact that android can do flash where iOS cant yet if ever
