I should look into the iplunge for my Epic(which, by the way, has way better specs than the Evo,) does it work with a Seidio case?

7- replaceable battery and memory card
8- L.E.D notifacation

all of these items i listed are unfixable with the iphone. your either born with them or not. with the exception of number 3. i guess you could make a kickstand out of a popcycle stick.

I agree ITUNES blows ..... I want to be able to transfer music or movies quick and simply without having to use something like Itunes. Or even better, just load them straight onto my memory card and insert ,,,, the amount of time you spend with Itunes as an Iphone owner is enough in itself to make me say no to Apple....

Though I'm an Android fanboy I do envy the nice screen and camera the iPhone has. In fact I think the camera and screen are among the worse of smartphones right now

But I do love my EVO

my EVO is way cooler than yours

BTW, I always wondered what dictates which phone gets developer support......tp, tp2, epic and EVO but no love for the hero and diamond.

Not to hijack the thread, seems relevant to the thread

Well normally HTC phones tend to have more development support..simply because people are more familiar with HTC and HTC devices seemed to have been easier to hack...(Even though they seem to have been improving their security with every release)

A lot of support kinda came to the PPC6700 and successors...simply because winmo phones kinda needed a kb, mostly on those smaller screens..you probably noticed a lot of people's concerns going from TP2 -> EVO with the KB thing..well imagine trying to convince someone to loose a KB on a small and resistive screen... running winmo 5/6..

Though the Vogue was fairly popular too..due to its size and price point..

The hero had some love too..but the EVO and other phones benefited a lot from the things gathered from Nexus One...

For the Epic, most of our development came from those that were doing development for the Samsung Moment effectively..as people who were used to HTC took 3x as long to accomplish things then someone who did development for the Moment :/
