Why does my screen always revert back to the home screen everytime I turn off my screen. I used to be able to turn on and off without losing the page I had open... Any suggestions?

I havnt heard of a setting like this on any rom let alone the stock rom. It sounds like a malfunction. Did you try soft or hard reseting? I know hard reseting is a last resort. Also go in to settings about phone and update. maybe and update if there is one you missed will solve your issue. I heard there is a PRL update so you want to get that anyway.
