Screen waking on its on
I am new to the EVO and Android.....coming from the TP2. Is there a way to make the device wake up when a text or email comes in or do I always have to push the power button on top to wake it up? The TP2 would come on when something new arrived....can I make that happen with the EVO?

I am pretty sure you can set it in there.

If you use Handcent, I'm pretty sure if you enable the popup, it will cause the screen to come on when you get a text message.
