hboot stuck - PLEASE HELP!!

recently got an 0004 evo and rooted with unrevoked3.. did a nandroid backup and im stuck in hboot and it wantsw me to update. i said yes and after it reboots it is stuck on the white htc evo 4g screen.. what do i need to do????
there is no pc36img files on my sd card becuase i did the one click unrevoked3. do i have to push a file to the card? is that where it updates from?
in hboot it says parsing.... (SD ZIP)
and when it checks RADIO_V2 it says Fail-PU
also on BOOTLOADER it says Fail - IC
Please help

is s-off?

yes s is off. when push just the power it gets stuck in the white htc 4g screen and when i go to hboot it loads and ask if i want to update.. if i say yes it fails like i described in the first post. on the top it says s-off then hboot- then touch panel-fail.. when i say i dont want to update it asks if i want to reboot.. if i say yes it goes to lock on the white htc 4g screen. if i try to go into recovery it goes to the red triangle..
sorry im stuck here..

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: (For "All-In-One" update)

-Copy the PC36IMG.zip to the root of your SD Card
-Power off your phone
-While holding the VOLUME DOWN button, power on the phone
-Your phone will enter bootloader and automatically scan the file and prompt you to update
-Press VOLUME UP the install the update
-When completed, press VOLUME UP to reboot the phone

download this and fellow instructions

the red triangle is cuz you lost recovery after you use this will fix recovery

I CANT FOR THE LIFE OF ME GET THAT FILE TO DOWNLOAD!! is there another one somewhere that would give me my recovery??

here is recovery
rename it PC36IMG.zip
replace the file i had you dl before
and follow the same instructions
after you do this youll be able to boot in to recovery and flash roms

THIS WORKED FOR ME!!! Make sure you toggle the volume button if you get stuck on the "htc quietly brilliant" screen.
