Re: EVO Won't wake up....?`

It is your sd card...
Reformatting the sd card will not help. Your sd card is basically failing and the only way to fix this is to get a new sd card.

Quick question for you....did you have google sky installed to your sd card? If yes, I am pretty sure that is the problem.

If yes....do not install it to your new sd card...it will do the same to the new one. Only reason I am saying this is because I think that is what happened to mine.

O have run Google Sky since I had my phone and never had a problem.

If Google sky was the problem but how does GoogleSky physically damage a card!?

Reformat the card and reinstall.

Did you move it to the sd card though?
And the sd card is not physically damaged. I believe the card is just malfunctioning.

I have no idea how it messes it up...but I am pretty sure that is what messed up my sd card.

He can try reformatting...but trust me the problem is going to come back within the week.

The problem with this is...the sd card will load up fine when you reboot the phone. But when you keep the phone on (as in, when you dont turn it off) the problem will arise within a day or two. And it keeps happening more frequently.

I'm waiting for the OP to respond because I'm pretty sure this is what happened and is happening.

If the reformat works...well hey...you dont have to buy another sd card lol

I'm 100% sure it is not a ROM problem or a phone problem.
