MD5b is a checksum. That means your file is corrupt. Download and replace it.

I would also flash from the boot loader by naming your file PC36IMG.zip and copying it to your SD card. Then just run HBoot and let the bootloader find your Rom and flash it.

After a successful flash, go in and rename the file to something else or delete it.
