Obtaing newest update 3.70 help or guidance

I am rooted with unrevoked with with sprint stock rom on 3.29.651.5 pri version 1.77 003
I tried to unroot using unrevoked forever and flashing the pc36image file therefore I could recieve the ota and reroot: Well it didnt work because I am still rooted and got the error code.I want to flash the stock sprint rom with root and the newest ota,which I'm pretty sure I should go with Sprint Lovers?Problem thought is while messing with the unrevoked forever it put the S-on back on but obviously I am still rooted,so how should I go about this basically obtaining the rom with the ota with super user powers and everything.Is it still possible for me to just flash the rom to my phone as I have a 6 month old who is a major distraction if I have do it manually meaning typing in codes thru cmd prompt . Easiest way is needed { thanks
