Re: setting up outlook email

Go into Settings.. Accounts & Sync.. Add Account. Then Click on Microsoft Exchange (This assumes you are using Exchange at work). If not it sounds like you need to hit up your local IT department

Re: setting up outlook email

If you are not using Exchange Server, than your work outlook is simply an Imap or Pop3 client. If the later, you simply set up a Pop3/SMTP account.

Re: setting up outlook email

If you are using Exchange, then make sure you understand how Outlook Web Access works. It uses the same connection method.

Re: setting up outlook email

By the way, with the updated email application, HOTMAIL as exchange works.

SERVER is m.hotmail.com

Just in case anyone uses hotmail.

Yes, some companies will not provide you with Exchange server info for personal devices if not company owned. In this case hopefully you can utilize the web access way of getting into your work email using outlook. If you are able to access your exchange email from home on a personal pc through the web, just use your emails web address and then supply your normal login info as you would on the pc .
