How can I see deleted text messages??

If you have or had the Lookout app installed on your phone prior to the delete and it backs up like every 5 minutes or so, then and only then could I see you getting back the lost text messages. Otherwise they are gone. There are some great people here with even greater skills, but what you are asking for cannot be undone without a court order.

Text (SMS/MMS) messages are not sync'd with your google account..

Only things I notice, email messages, calendars and contacts..

Years ago Sprint would let you see your text online. I don't know when they were deleted. My daughter was doing some bad things with texting and denied it until I went up to Sprint and printed out her messages.
I don't know the status of that feature anymore.
