Bug on evo slide down to unlock?

Any one been having issues since the last 3 stock updates when u slide down the camera open by it self and when u calling some one the speaker activates it self

I used to have the camera issue, until I realized that I was actually hitting the shortcut when unlocking my phone. I just moved it to another page and all was good!

Used to think my Google Search was haunted but I finally realized that when I held the phone between my index and thumb near the bottom, I was coming close to the Seach button.
Have you eliminated those possibities?
