Re: new screen
Sprint changed they're TEP policy (Total Equipment Protection) see it here:
In Store Repair Solutions Since you have insurance and its just physical damage to the phone there is no detuctible. just take it to the store and get the screen replaced at no charge. Last edited by jshriner2033; 12-24-2010 at 06:28 PM. |

I've taken my phone in 3 times and sent them in 2 times for the fast exchange and my phone is rooted with unrevoked. Of course my phone is rooted but I'm still using a stock rom. Maybe that's why its never been a problem. Just install a stock rom and you should be ok.

Typical htc product! Thats why I purchased a samsung galaxy s epic. Dont waste your time. Junk it. Buy a epic. Htc has inferior devices. Screens have dead pixels and form white fuzzy spots, then that spot gets a cousin, a smaller white spot.if your unlucky.. It gets 3 more siblings. And in the center of the screen. I hate htc. Tbis is not a bad rant, its the truth. Mrrry christmas!

Re: new screen
That was way off topic there, Rhymes with roll. The OP is probably at fault for the crack also.
