if you did unrevoked forever i think your safe
if you just want a totally stock rooted rom use this one STOCKER ROM 3.70.651.1 Deodexed v0.1 http://www.filesonic.com/file/457828...dexed_v0.1.zip Includes: Deodexed Zipaligned Busybox No apps removed or added then just flash radios if you want the rom in odex let me know

i do stock roms than just superuser and clockwork. than you dont need to flash anything

I quit the OTA and RUU thing months ago. I always wait for either a stock or rom I like that is rooted and flash it. Azreal, Sprint Lover's and Steal are good choices.
