This is the Store Bought, unrooted update!! When you install it, you are back to being a "real citizen".

ok, does that mean i will have to flash to a custom rom to remove those items?

What it means is that you will have to go through the process or regaining Root. Once you are rooted, you can flash a custom Rom or a Stock "rooted" Rom. Once you are rooted, you have access to phone memory. As far as the clock and such, you should cruise over to XDA land and read up on the DeOdexed Roms with Sense removed. There may be a custom theme that does what you like.

actually i'm still rooted, just forgot how i removed those items before.
