Wrong city and time?

Eco keeps jumping to wrong city and time, anybody else with this problem?

if depends on your location settings....if you have use mobile data for location unchecked then it will stay on the same city in which you changed it. if it is checked, its most likely tower issue, not your phone as it just takes the signal.

My phone earlier today was showing some city that was an 8 hour time difference from what I'm in. It changed my time but for some reason when people would text me it would show the correct time but when I would text them it had a time stamp of 8 hours later. Shut the phone off and turned it back on and that fixed it
