004 problems.. Can I reset it back?

I didnt root it yet back I was installing the pc36IMG n the radio didnt take. So Im stuck on the bootloader screen... I need help

I got it after 4 hours... OMG I ran the RUU 3.29 It work.... Just starting it didnt do the job. The red ! came up on the screen... Here is my other question. How do you root the 004 version of the EVO? Thank God I have the 002.. But my brother is driving me crazy with his 004 version. Help needed
