Bluetooth volume

Is there a way to set the bluetooth volume and have it locked so it doesn't reset every time I connect/disconnect and reconnect with my Pioneer receiver's bluetooth?

It's so annoying to have to turn it up every time I get in my truck.

I always wondered about this but I think it has to do with the bluetooth device thats connecting to the phone or vice versa but I am no expert though. I can tell you this though, if I connect my jawbone prime to my phone I have to turn it up like in your case but if I connect my jawbone icon to the same evo the bluetooth volume stays all the way up.

Re: Bluetooth volume

I have the jawbone icon as well and the volume stays the same after reconnecting, however it does depend on the bluetooth device itself....all others ive tried I always have to turn up again. On the jawbone website it says the icon will retain volume settings.

Re: Bluetooth volume

Ah bummer, I was hoping it wasn't device dependent.
