Call from HTC about a returned Evo...
Today I received a call from HTC about a Evo I was having problems with and returned. They wanted to know what was wrong with it, he also asked how I felt about the Evo, what I thought about the battery life, and what could be improved on the phone. I took the opportunity to ask him about the gingerbread update and he said he could not tell me the release date for it but he confirmed Evo will get gingerbread 1st quarter of 2011. Does htc normally call Evo owners after returning a device?
