Get a case of your favorite nightmare inhibitor, which helps the economy, then start altering them. What I did for a few years was to enter the complete name in the first name field.

Titanium Backup Pro will move all your apps (that can be moved) in batch to the SD Card. Very fast and easy. It will occasionally move something that doesn't work correctly from the card, so just move those items back one at a time, as needed. For me, it was just a couple of widgets, the Silent Toggle Widget, and a weather widget.

Dunno then. I noticed that too and it used to be the default way Outlook did it.
