3.30 OTA Update Battery Poll
It has been mentioned by a few chefs (most notably ricsim7 ) and users that certain EVOs with hardware versions 0001,0002,0003 experience decreased battery life and performance on the 3.30 OTA based roms. It seems the new OTA may be configured for 0004 type hardware. Personally I have reflashed back to pre-ota roms and agree the battery life is better on my 0003 hardware.
What is your experience? To check your hardware version go to settings/about phone/hardware information. Also please post experiences you have had with particular roms with your hardware version.

battery life is about the same for me using 003 hardware on calks 1.61b with Nets 4.2.1 CFS more smartass kernal.
got good battery life with kings #11 CFS as well with this setup

I too have been wondering.....it seems as though my battery life was reduced once going to 3.30.
I am back on 3.29 to test for a few days.....we'll see

3.30 with stock kernel seems the same as 3.29 stock kernel. I noticed a drop when I installed Netarchy's kernel on 3.30, but went back to stock figuring there was an incompatibility or something. Mine's a "brand new manufactured 003". Early Nov if I remember right. (They replaced mine with new because of failed motion sensor)
