I've had this phone for about two months now.... time to update but rooted

I deleted some apps that sprint includes, so I can't perform a normal update. My main concern is losing all of my apps and settings if I flash to another rom. What are my options? I'd like to update and keep everything on my phone the way it is, is that possible? Anyone know of a link to retrieve the sprint apps I deleted? Is that the easiest route? I just don't want to spend all day downloading and installing everything if I don't have to there's a lot of stuff on here that i use regularly.

Before you get jumped on here. I must tell you to use the search feature. That being said if you search for the current rooted deodexed sprint rom.. and follow all instructions you can update your rom without losing root...

all you have to do is dl and flash

Hey thanks... I know it was probably covered but I barely have any time right now. I just wanted some quick direction that I can throw on here on a slow day... will this keep my current file system intact? If I'm going to have to set everything back up again I'll just wait a while before I do anything

dl titanium backup.. do a backup of apps/system files. flash the newest rom as stated above. then restore the titanium backup you previously made.

but like the other poster said...use the search.
