Before you get jumped on here. I must tell you to use the search feature. That being said if you search for the current rooted deodexed sprint rom.. and follow all instructions you can update your rom without losing root...

Hey thanks... I know it was probably covered but I barely have any time right now. I just wanted some quick direction that I can throw on here on a slow day... will this keep my current file system intact? If I'm going to have to set everything back up again I'll just wait a while before I do anything

dl titanium backup.. do a backup of apps/system files. flash the newest rom as stated above. then restore the titanium backup you previously made.
but like the other poster said...use the search.
