Answers with speakerphone on

My phone defaults to speakerphone, when a call comes in and I answer the speakerphone is on. When I make a call it starts with the speakerphone on. I also noticed the "gps active" indicator on.

Edit: I think the its in car dock mode, the car dock screen come up randomly. Could be a hardware problem with the charger port?

Update: phone woke up off and on last night repeatedly. Now the speaker default has fixed itself, does this phone go through some repair mode at night?

Same here hope someone has some ideas of whats going on.

i had a customer's phone do this and did every reset possible and couldn't fix it. i figure the charging port got jacked up because the phone always thought it was in car mode. even when turning off the car mode app, it still answered pr made a call automatically to speakerphone. we sent it to our service center and he was given a new phone.

strange,if factory reset isnt working you might wanna take it in to a sprint store.
