Name Change on Icon
Is there a way to change the name that is displayed on an icon?
I want to change the Handcent app to just Messages...just like how it is on the stock messaging program. Or better yet, when I click on the the original Messages icon, can I have it open Handcent instead???

There is an app in the Market called BetterCut that supports HTC Sense UI and Open Home. This will allow you to change the name and icons of apps....

Also launcher pro lets you do this. I don't know if you need the plus version but every time I put a app on a screen it lets you edit the title.

Look download on the market "desktop visualizer" with appli u can create shortcut or widget n replace the name or even the picture of ur icon. . Really cool u shoukd try it
