Tango is by far the best one as audio and less lag goes! keep in mind tango isnt in its final release yet. Qik is just really good but for uploading videos to social networks or send to anyone else.

The version of qik that was pulled from the my touch over on xda works pretty good. You actually dont have to push to talk anymore and it automatically syncs any of your contacts that have qik.

Yahoo! no longer working...
Check XDA, there is a quick fix, but it's has to be done every time you try and call. Annoying.
