Can i go to a sprint store to get it fixed, or do i have to do insurance claim online? Never did claim befor with sprint so i don't know the process. If i go to store do i un-root (i dont want to do unrevoked 3 to re-root)?

Still at work and screen works still, as i'm posting from phone, but don't have time to research for awhile.

Physical damage is an insurance claim.

And how long does that take? I jumped from cricket were you walk into store with good phone, smash it on floor there and insurance handles claim and you walk out with a new phone in like ten minutes.

doesnt cover extreme physical damage, a crack is one thing, shatter is completely different

As long as the board isn't damaged and no water damage and you have TEP it is free. Just take it to a service and repair center.

They will repair or replace for free if you have TEP or ESRP, otherwise $35.

CoWorker just had her shattered screen replaced free. She shattered it early in the month and the store told her if she could wait until the 24th for the changes it would be free. She waited and it was repaired in 45 minutes free.
