Touch Panel Fail

My phone takes like 3-4 minutes to boot and when it finally does, that touch screen does not work at all, the four buttons dont light up either and the notification lights dont work

Are you using EVO4G my buttons never lit up? I had not seen one that the 4 buttons at bottom lit up on the phone.

idk what happened to it but yeah i have tep and they're sending me a replacement tomorrow or Wednesday
