best way to backup everything...

I dropped my evo, which shattered the glass, my replacement came today.. what is the best way to backup everything.. is there a way to do a complete backup and then restore on the new phone? contacts, txt msgs, apps if possible etc. thanks all!

you arent rooted i take it? nandroid if you are

your contacts should be synced to google/gmail contacts so that shouldn't be a problem.

for apps i always just sync with appbrain

titanium backup or mybackup pro can accomplish this as well.

Thanks, I download/installed titanium backup but gives the error that I am not rooted, do I need to be rooted in order to do a full backup?

crap i do believe you need root. u might check this

MyBackup - Android app on AppBrain

the only issue i see with that is it says trial is for one device. Paid version would work if u are up for purchasing it

this might help for your sms

& then use appbrain sync for your apps
