any fix to stop txt messages from appearing on the lock screen?
So has there been a way to disable text messages from appearing on the lock screen yet? I've been using vanilla lock just because i cant stand the fact that my messages appear on lock screen.

Try using handcent SMS. It can be found in the marketplace.

dont like handcent or chomp they suck with mms

only way is to disable text notifications altogether. sux. or use a alternate text app.

I like that feature. Keeps me from having to unlock if it's something I don't need to respond to right away
