gmail update: reply threat not sticking to top of email

I've updated my gmail app to version 2.3 and one of the new features, the reply info sticking to the top while scrolling through the email, is not working. I noticed others have this issue to.

Is there a fix?

I'm rooted, omj 2.2 version 3.0, netarchy 4.1.9.1 cfs.

Mine is doing that too. Stock ROM.

it's a known issue. I have the same problem (stock rom)

Geez, and some little rap guy called P-Slim was criticizing me for not upgrading to 2.2 yet. Here is yet another issue, as I continue without issues on DC 3.2.3.

Mine is working fine now. Looks like the recent OTA update might have fixed it.

yup fixed for me too after the OTA.
