where do you get this info? other roms get 54-55 fps, not more then that. where did you read that htc was fixing this issue because in the sprint documents it doesn't say fps is fixed? just wondering before I start spreading rumors

I think that's the big question on this OTA. Will it fix the 30FPS? From the sounds of it and the rumors it seems as if it will. It's not uncommon at all for Sprint to not mention something like that as they don't admit there was an issue in the first place. But it is still a rumor on that we do not know for 100% or not weather the OTA will but I think the safe money is on it being fixed.

The real question will then be does the stock kernel that has the FPS fixed get better battery life then the awesome custom kernels we have out their

I wish they would fix the headset volume. I thought I would be replacing my Ipod touch with my EVO but haven't cause the volume is tooo low.
