cannot view linked videos from text on my evo

wats going on ppc im havin an issue with my evo when some 1 send me a video link threw text i cannot view it it says CAN NOT PLAY VIDEO now i went 2 the sprint store the service and repair center had thur own evo phone that belong 2 the store its connected and all that when i sent the link 2 thur phone it played with no problem is thur something i could do or download 2 fix this issue ( oh i also got a replacement phone and that phone does the same thing crazy) please help

first off...what flavor android to you have?? are you still running 2.1 or have you updated to 2.2?

you can also try downloading Adobe Flash Player 10.1 from the market...that might help too.

Sorry 4 not adding that b 4 Tue phone came wity 2.2 froyo I also downloaded flash 10.1 but it keeps happening I master reset my phone about no lie 10 times I called sprint yesturday lol some funny shitttt they blamed it on 2.2 and they said i had 2 wait to they come out with an update release

I see you are new here. Lesson # 1 is stay away from Sprint when dealing with software issues, come here first. As you learn about, and modify, your phone, you will come to realize that while Sprint is a great service provider, they are not your best friend on most software issues. They have their place (in India (NO, just kidding)), but they are institutionally opposed to mods, and intellectually unable to solve most problems expediently.
